Shipping & Returns Policy

Doodle Lidz Incorporated (“DLI”, “we” or “us”) strives to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their purchases and that our products arrive at your door without any material defects. We also understand that shopping online can make determining fit a challenge.
- This Shipping and Returns Policy forms part of our general Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") and is an integral part thereof.
Eligibility
- It is possible to return regular priced products (a) in exchange for the same product of a different size or (b) for a refund in the event of a material defect. No other refunds or exchanges are allowed.
- Returned product(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging (unused, unwashed and accompanied by any original tag(s) and sticker(s)).
- Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect the product to ensure all requirements of return/exchange are met and, if so, issue your refund or replacement item.
- If you do not meet all refund/exchange requirements, no refund/exchange will be provided, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Process
- If you would like to return or exchange a regular priced item, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your product via email at contact@doodlelidz.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST” or “EXCHANGE REQUEST” and include the reason for your desired return/exchange, your order number and your contact information in the body of your email. Products returned and/or email requests for returns after seven (7) days of delivery will not be accepted. On receipt of your email, we will assess the request and provide a response as soon as reasonably possible.
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days or longer to be processed by financial institutions.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If no replacement product is available, we will provide a refund unless otherwise instructed by the consumer at the time of exchange request.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling fees, whether to or from us and whether original or replacement product, are the responsibility of the consumer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance if and when returning product to us.
- Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout on new orders and at the time of exchange confirmation on exchanges.
- We ship using Easyship. When we ship an item to you, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the Easyship delivery directly.
- Shipping time cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the availability and capability of Easyship. Longer shipping times and/or delays may occur, especially if/when product is shipping internationally.
- It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide accurate, complete and proper names, addresses and other delivery information as may be requested or required.
- Should a product be undeliverable due inaccurate, incomplete or improper information provided by the consumer, a refund will be issued to the consumer less the shipping and handling charges.
